2. This website
This website describes the company, its products and its engineering work. Nothing is sold here and there are no accounts: you cannot sign up, pay or place an order on this website. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. Please do not disrupt it, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, or present its content as your own.
3. Our products
Each product has its own site, where it publishes its own terms of service, privacy policy and plans. Those documents govern your use of that product, including your account, your subscription, cancellation and refunds. Subscriptions are billed by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Where these terms and a product’s terms differ, the product’s terms apply to that product.

Products in development are not available to the public and publish their own terms when they launch.
4. Engineering work
Work we take on for other companies is governed by the written agreement signed for that work, not by these terms. What this website says about that work is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Versa Studio LLC or are used with permission. The names Versa Studio, Verbato, Colki and CERVEN.io identify our company and our products. Please do not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us, or our endorsement, where there is none.
6. Links to other sites
This website links to our products’ sites and to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is, for information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, Versa Studio LLC is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from reliance on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here reduces the rights you have under a product’s own terms or under the consumer law of your country.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this website are brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes, and the version on this page is the one in force. Changes to a product’s own terms are announced as that product’s terms describe.
